The lot next to the company building purchased late last year. It has a flat roof and appears to be in better condition than the company building. The previous owner inherited it from a relative, but there was no one to live there and it had not been cleaned up. The property was purchased in its present condition. It needs some work to make it usable.
The garden, which had become a jungle, is now much cleaner. There are some plants and a fence between the company building and this house, but we plan to remove all of them to make it more spacious. The first step is to cut down the plants! Company car No. 2 is doing a great job.
We have a rechargeable chainsaw, but these are almost the only two tools we use. Electric pruning shears and a well-cut saw. They are much safer to work with than chainsaws.
I would like to use this house as a guesthouse in the future.
